Scott Smith, MS

Scott is a QA Manager at GentiBio. Scott comes from Affini-T Therapeutics, where he was part of the Manufacturing Sciences and Technology team, overseeing tech transfer and supporting clinical manufacturing for the company’s lead asset: an autologous T cell therapy designed for patients with KRAS G12V-mutated solid tumors. Prior to Affini-T, Scott worked at Juno Therapeutics/Bristol Myers Squibb in various global and site Manufacturing Sciences and Technology roles, supporting both clinical and commercial cell therapy programs as a process engineer. He has a BS/MS in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University. Scott enjoys cooking various international cuisines, watching movies and trying the newest Seattle brewery. In their free time, Scott and his wife love traveling the world and exploring their own backyard in the PNW.
