Dalia Gaddis is a Principal Scientist, Translational Bioanalytics. Dalia is a T cell immunologist by training. She received her BSc in pharmacy from Cairo University and her PhD in Immunology from University of Alabama at Birmingham. Before joining Gentibio, Dalia worked at Navigate Biopharma/Novartis, where she held a couple of positions; first as a flow cytometry assay development scientist where she was responsible for developing biomarker flow assays utilized in clinical trial testing, and second as a manager for the CART clinical trial testing team responsible for testing multiple CART trials for different indications. Prior to her experience in clinical trial testing, and the CART space, Dalia did her postdoctoral training in La Jolla Institute for Immunology where she studied regulatory T cells fate in atherosclerosis. Dalia lives in sunny San Diego with her husband Tim and two boys. When not running after her boys, Dalia enjoys cooking, gardening, crafting, and is currently learning how to play the piano.
